I have an issue where 98% of tracks streamed from Tidal are either being analysed incorrectly by Rekordbox or Tidal has bugs or glitches in it's system rendering playback with glitches & skips which Rekordbox then processes as is under analysis resulting in beat grids being incorrect/inaccurate. I'm open to the possibility that the issue may also lay in the streaming process itself (ie, ISP problem) but in the absence of any further technical testing apparatus (hardware/software) it seemed sensible to start with the Rekordbox forum in case I am not alone with this problem.
The issue is repetitive & ongoing & not always consistent to first bar glitches but the errors in the main are largely first visible & audible in bar 1 albeit there are also instances where jumps & skips in the audio also send the beat grid out further through the track. This is particularly frustrating when time has been invested in correcting grids & adding cue points only to find on next load that the grid is out again or indeed out in a different way & either or still renders the set cue's as incorrect. Has anyone else experienced this or something similar?
Unless a secure remedy can be sourced I can no longer afford to commit twice the time ordinarily required to prepare sets & playlists & the possibility that none user errors may be present during performance playback is not a risk I'm willing to absorb.
For clarity, there are no issues whatsoever present with Rekordbox beat grids when using other streaming services & purchased files play fine too. (The issue seems to be consistent only when using Tidal)
It would be warmly appreciated to get some positive feedback on this issue & a robust solution sourced swiftly is very much needed without delay.

I've been getting the same issue. When loading the song, a split second of it isn't "rendered" (for the lack of a better term) and it throws everything off. It started when I updated rekordbox to the newest version. I've been trying to troubleshoot with the song "Like This" by Park Hye Jin to no avail. There's no funny BPM stuff happening in that song, but it's always one portion of the song is aligned with the rest unaligned or vice versa depending on where I place it because of the little jump/skip.
Just to be clear. The beat grid issues have been present from day 1 in my experience since I started streaming with Tidal a few months back & the 6.2 & 6.3 updates to Rekordbox have not made the situation better or worse. I am starting to think the issue may be with Tidal (or my connection to their service) but their customer support is largely non existent/unresponsive so in the absence of any further technical support from Pioneer / Tidal I am left merely guessing what the problem might be? Frustrating...
