Yes, the Creative plan would work for this, or you could simply backup and restore.

Rekordbox My Tag Sync Across Devices
Hello! I use Rekordbox primarily on my desktop PC but I would like to switch to Mac and I am wondering if there is any way to sync all my tracks with my tags to the new device. I am using my tags heavily to recognize subgenres and for creating smart playlists, so I would like to find some solution for my problem since the backup collection does not include smart tags from another device. Is it something that cloud library sync from the Creative Rekordbox plan would solve? Thank you for your answer.

A friend of mine tried to backup and restore the library and his files had only My Tags in the comments. Thank you anyway. I hope it will work one or the other way.
