what mode are you in, Export, Performance or standalone using a flash drive?
What firmware is on the RX3?
what do you mean by unload? is the deck freezing and you have to reboot?
can you catch it on video so Pioneer can see exactly what is going on?
Hey all, been having an issue for about a month. When I'm x amount of songs into my mix, sometimes the deck will unload itself spontaneously and the track will stop playing. I was just mixing for about an hour when randomly i put a reverb on a track, clicked fx on/off, and the deck immediately unloaded itself. Yet, I could still hear the reverb trail off. Please help. I can't play live until I get this fixed.

I'm using my computer with rekordbox. Using Performance mode with tracks directly fro beatport. It's near impossible to catch on camera. What happens is instantaneously the music stops, and the deck is empty as if there was never anything there in the first place. This happens when mixing 1 song, 2 songs, was triggered by deactivating an effect, and also happened again about an hour ago when a song was simply playing. After, I can load the track again and do whatever but this happens in literally the blink of an eye. Firmware version 1.12.
It's hard to catch on camera because sometimes it doesn't happen until I've been playing for like 30mins-an hour
gotcha, was just curious if it was USB standalone cause that seems to be where a lot of the issues are
