Ddj RR

hey guys, so my RR has always worked perfectly, however since upgrading to Recordbox 6 it has start playing up. It will be working fine then after 5 minutes the bottom half of the decks stop working other than the volume controls. Has anybody come across this before and know a fix for me please.
