Check in Serato MIDI, it sounds like you might have a MIDI trigger set that is active.

MASSIVE Problems DDJ-XP2 Serato: Need help!!!
I use the DDJ-XP2 for rekordbox and serato. I know that the DDJ-XP2 is NOT broken, becouse every function in rekordbox DJ works perfect.
But in serato, i have a lot of problems and i dont understand wy.
1. Change between Decks "SHIFT + Int" not possible (both sides)
2. Load Tracks to DECK 3 and DECK 4 (after manualy change the decks)
>> if i switch with the mouse to DECK 3 ore DECK 4 and press LOAD, the track will load to DECK 1 ore DECK 2
3. Load a Track to DECK 3 ore DECK 4, ALL PADS shows the function of DECK 1 ore DECK 2
4. If you press PAD1 ore other PADS, the view in serato dj did not change. (in rekordbox you press PAD1 for CUEPPOINT Mode and the view change). Nothing change after pressing the PAD, no Loop Mode, No Flip Mode, no User Mode - Nothing.
5. Press SLIDER FX 1 or FX 2 nothing change, the FX mode will not show.
PLEASE HELP ME - I CANOT USE THE XP2 in SERATO DJ

ooook, thx for your fast support but i absolutly dont understand what you mean with MIDI trigger and where to check this.
Years ago, i have a problem with a XP1 and a self creat xml File (not on this Macbook). I have problems after with the DJM-S9 Pads so i have to delete all xlm files. I check in Serato File structure, but i dont find xml files.
Did you mean this? Or Did you mean here?

@Marco > Click the XP2 in the upper window and see if "Allow Hardware Remapping" is checked (it will appear at the top of the window). If it is, uncheck it.

Thx for your response - but I test it and it have no effects. I could cry I couldn't work with My serato dj software (also love My rekordbox software more) and i have no answer about this problem.
If you need i can rekorde a video - you see all in rekordbox works perfectly but in Serato not (rekordbox is close will serato use)

All Midi Devices are deactive, but as you see, it did not work. Also when i activate the XP2 - by the way it must be possible to add MIDI Commands in USER Mode of Serato DJ so the MIDI Mapping must be activ. As you see in the VIDEO, no commands are working - Deck 3 and Deck 4 did not switch, Loop, Cue Point View did not change and a lot of more (i dont record all bugs)
So whats and where is the problem?
