Rekordbox Not Showing Correct History

Looking for some advice when recording to USB on a Pioneer XDJ-XZ. I have been recording a lot of my recent Twitch streams and just got around to taking a look at the files on the USB stick (64Gb).

When I look at the files they seems to have maxed out at 1.91Gb and listening to them the audio levels are fine but there seems to be gaps in some of the audio.

Also and mostly annoying of all is that the history recorded in RB does not align with the tracks that I have recorded. To be more precise about this when I play the large files back the tracks playing do not match those recorded in the history of RB.

So couple of questions.....

1. Does the secondary USB slot on an XDJ piece of kit have a maximum record length?
2. Why do my histories show a different track order to that of which I recorded?

See the attached screenshots to maybe get a better idea of what I am on about.

As you can see I recorded mammoth 93 rack mix and now I cannot salvage it. I am thinking next time I will just record directly on the laptop with Audacity but kinda makes the USB record feature useless. Unless I am missing something in the settings of RB or the setup of my decks or the USB stick?

Couple of other points to make:

I am using a Corsair Survivor 32Gb stick formatted in native Apple format and the firmware on the XDJ-XZ is factory. I have uploaded a few screenshots here:

Hey Dez,

First and foremost - the Survivor series drives are fantastic however they're one of the few "premium" drives I know for a fact are a problem with Pioneer DJ gear. We've had issues with them from day one on CDJs and XDJs - it's good to hear things were working to play, but no surprise that you had issues.

Please try using a different model USB drive and see if that makes a difference first, if not we can pursue other troubleshooting options.
