1000SRT tempo fader not working in Serato

Everything was working fine, I was DJing for a bit and left for 5 mins to come back with the tempo fader not working. Usually when you're using it to match BPM, you can see the main waveform in Serato Expand and Shrink as you move the tempo fader Up/Down. I can see the waveform overview (waveform between channel 1&2) in Serato working but the Main waveform is not. In my case its not working on Laptop #1 my main laptop. When I plug the controller into Laptop #2 my spare laptop the tempo fader works and you can see the main waveform expand and shrink in Serato. I'm also using the streaming service TIDAL to DJ. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas?

VIDEO of the issue I posted on YouTube:
https://youtu.be/0IYazianDFI

Software: Serato DJ Pro v. 2.3.8 (latest)
Controller: Pioneer DDJ 1000SRT v1.02 (latest)
Streaming Service: TIDAL (quality on high AAC)

#1 Laptop (MAIN)
Macbook Pro Early 2013 Retina 15 inch
OS: High Sierra
Storage: 500GB SSD
Memory: 16GB
CPU: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7

#2 Laptop (SPARE)
Macbook Pro Mid 2009 Retina 15 inch
OS: High Sierra
Storage: 1TB SSD
Memory: 8GB
CPU: 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Things I've tried:
-restart computer
-reinstall serato
-update 1000srt firmware
-uninstall & reinstall controller driver
-tried a different USB cable
-set USB buffer to 20ms

Hey Leslie,

Go into the Serato settings > Plugins, and disable the timecode / DVS option; it looks like you have it enabled for both decks on computer 1.
