And of course the option to set the grid during analysis is checked. I'm using Windows 10 latest version with an i5 computer.

After updating to Rekordbox 6.1.1 the track analysis does not set the grid automatically
I updated today Rekordbox to 6.1.1 , loaded some new tracks to analyze and also expected to try the Edit mode with those tracks but... after analyzing the tracks Rekordbox does not set the grid of the track, I have to set it manually.
The most extrange thing is that the BPM of the track is shown in the browser area, but when you load up the track and go to the grid edit the BPM shows 000.
What is happening here?

I have the same issue. Using a DJM V10 mixer and CDJ2000 NXS with Rekordbox 6.1.1 in export mode.
The V10 mixer says now NO GRID :-(

When changing the BPM tempo on the CDJ, the V10 will follow very slowly. See video (no music). But it will still say NO GRID to quantize.
