I am having this exact same issue but I am using a Mac. I have tried logging into Tidal both via Safari and Firefox

Solved: Unable to connect with TIDAL
UPDATE: A re-install of RB 6.1.1 fixed it. I'm using Tidal now.
I subscribed to TIDAL premium to try Rekordbox 6.1.1 with TIDAL.
When I press "Log in" in Rekordbox, a browser window opens and I am able to login to TIDAL in that window. But in Rekordbox nothing happens. I still see the "Log in" button.
In the browser a pop up should appear, asking me to connect with Rekordbox, but that pop up does not show up. I don't use any pop up blocker.
I live in the Netherlands. It happens on both my Windows laptops, in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
