DDJ-400 noise & buzzing through headphones

I got DDJ-400 2 months ago, everything was good but today when I opened RekordBox (6.1.1) I heard noise and buzzing. It can be heard when I press "Master Cue" and put headphones knob on "Mixing" or "Master" . When I take headphones knob on "CUE" it's silently. The noise makes mixing much harder. Can anyone help me ? Pleaseee !

Please check your USB cable or try a different port. If you have other USB devices connected, try removing them one-by-one to see if there is a difference. In most of these instances, another device (or the computer itself) is causing interference and that's amplified over the DDJ-400's audio outputs.

Hi, I have similar issues, but I don´t have this noise through headphones. When I connect the USB cable to the controller (powers up) it starts to produce this buzzing noise immediately through the main out, turning any volume, or any know (even the suggested mic level) don´t do any difference. I have tested different USB ports (I´m using a desktop PC), even disconnected all other USB devices from my PC (no difference). I was using DDJ-400 months ago, it has started to giving this noise few weeks ago and it´s louder and louder ... What else to test? I have the console connected through USB3 port (direct back of the mainboard), using shielded cable (ferrit core on cable).
UPDATE: Connected to my business laptop with a shielded USB cable, with MIC volume down no strange noises from the controller even on high volume. Looks like it´s time for a new motherbord for my studio PC.

@Peter > Or consider getting a hum eliminator / DI box for the RCA outputs from the DDJ, a few other DJs have used that and it works well.
