RB-DMX1 Issue

Hi, following up its getting really frustrating.

Hey James, sorry to hear that -- if you're on the fixture management page, when you click on a light, does it illuminate?

Which version of rekordbox are you running, and which version of the lighting database is installed?

Latest Version of Rekordbox and Lighting Database as I did a fresh install and hit refresh on the lighting database which downloaded all the lights.

No lights illuminate when clicked, the box however is still glowing blue *not flashing 

Do you see the RB-DMX1 listed on the Devices section under Preferences > Audio?

Is there an Email I can use for you?

This website sucks, will never login properly, has taken nearly 30 mins to login.

And yes the device shows, I ended up taken It back and getting a replacement though.

It now works, but sadly the strobes which have been added to alta base are still not working as posted and merged into the forum.

The randomly go off but not as they should, very weak and out of time and do not respond to the strobe button.

All cables and channels are set correctly.

The login problem is because we use an SSO for login on all our sites and your browser is likely blocking the data. To clear the login issue, please change your browser security to allow cross-site/cross-domain cookies and data, and clear any cookies for the following domains:

*.pioneerdj,com
*.rekordbox.com
*.zendesk.com
*.gigya.com

I'm glad you were able to get the DMX-1 replaced and that it's now working, but strobes may not function as expected due to the fixtures themselves or how they are triggered by the songs. Have you manually edited any songs to force the strobes to activate?

Ive decided to not use the strobes with this, they just dont trigger well...

This has done something to one of my lights though as its become completely unresponsive to DMX and was working fine prior, all cables and power are fine with other lights and iv e reset the light to proper channels etc.
