DDJ-SR2 FX Beat and Censor problem

In English

Hello friends, on the DDJ SR2 controller I have a problem with the "FX Beat" knob on the FX 1 panel (left side). Turning it either way turns the "censor" button on and off with each turn. That is, I turn one notch and the "censor" is activated, as if holding the "censor" button. I turn the knob again and the "censor" goes off, as if releasing the "censor" button. It also happens that when I press and hold down the "censor" button and turn the "FX Beat" knob, the effect beats don't change as they should. This does NOT happen in the other effect panel (right side). I think the problem is some kind of physical connection between both controls, since in Serato DJ Pro's MIDI mapping mode, I assigned the "censor" button to any other function, and turning the "FX Beat" knob also executed that same action. I did this in the latest version of Serato DJ Pro and also in other dj software and the same thing happened.

If you un-check the "allow hardware remapping" box in the Serato MIDI preferences, does this still occur?

If not, you can re-enable it and clear any MIDI customizations for that control to see if that fixes the problem.

Yes, it still happens. In fact, when I discovered this problem I had not yet checked the "allow hardware remapping" box. I did it later to try to see how the problem worked. As I said before, I don't think it's a software problem since when trying to map in other programs like mixxx or virtual dj, the same problem occurred. It's as if both the "censor" button and the "FX Beat" knob were the same button.

I'll ask you to download and install MIDI-OX; this allows you to test to see if the same MIDI signal is being sent from the censor and FX Beat knob.

Make sure the SR2 appears in the device window and then press the CENSOR button to see if the MIDI activity is logged in the INPUT window. Next, use the FX Beat knob and see if the data matches. You can post a screenshot of it for us to check.

So, I did what you asked me to do and these are the results:

The first two lines correspond to pressing and releasing the "censor" button. The next two lines correspond to turning a notch the knob "FX Beat" clockwise. The last two lines correspond to turning another notch the knob "FX Beat" clockwise

here it's the same thing but turning the knob counterclockwise:
