Can you help me please?
I have just downloaded ver 6.2.0 of rekordbox to use with my DDJ-RB console.
All my music is purchased from iTunes and downloaded to my iPhone. No Apple Music.
I have synced my phone to iTunes on my Windows laptop.
When i go into the rekordbox console and pull up the track listing under the iTunes heading, I get a message saying "File format is not supported by rekordbox" when i roll over any track.
Any idea why this?

What is the file type you're trying to play? You can click on the file and click the "i" button to the right and view the info regarding the encoding type, bit depth, and sample rate.
I have the same issue. Some of my tracks are free downloads and others are purchased. None are Apple music or downloaded from any streaming services. My files show as MP3 in iTunes and on my flashdrive but Rekordbox is showing them as "unknown" file format. Have never had an issue importing my music until now. Just made 4 new playlists and 3 of them are showing unknown errors. Please help.
