Cdj 3000 Jog Screen Issue

So i just received my pair of 3000's this week and yesterday when i turned them on one of my jog screens is just white wont show anything on it. i powered the unit on and off multiple times and same thing . i also updated the firmware to the the current firmware and that didnt fix it either.

Hey Fred,

Sorry to see that happen on a brand new unit - could have occurred in transit. Please contact your retailer to arrange an exchange for a DOA player. Hope they can get that sorted for you in a timely manner.
