Can't log into Tidal

Hi,

I have been unable to log into Tidal using Rekordbox for a while now. I have the free version of Rekordbox but can use production mode as I have an unlocked device (from all the info I have seen from Pioneer this is all I should need, I may be incorrect though and this may be the issue). I also have a Tidal subscription.

When I click the login button it opens the page to log in to Tidal but when I do so this is not reflected in Rekordbox and the log into Tidal button is still there.

As suggested by other posts I have used different default browsers (Safari, Chrome and Mozilla) but get the same result. I also have the most up to date version of Rekordbox. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi there,

I am also unable to log into Tidal (in fact I never was able to). I am running rekordbox 6.4.2 on macOS with a DJM 400. Please advise!

Hi there

I think you are using Chrome as your default Browser. Chrome don't forward the Authentication to Rekordbox.

Try to use a different Browser, I used Firefox.

I've used Firefox, Safari and Chrome as my default browser none of them have worked for me unfortunately.

It could be you are using a plugin or other security setting in the browser preventing it from passing that data back to rekordbox.

I've check all settings and they all seem standard to me. I also think it it's unlikely that there would be a setting across all three browsers I have tried which would prevent them all passing on the relevant data. Is there a particular setting/plug in you are referring to?
