Beatgrid Issue in Edit Mode

Beatgrid of a song in my library is perfectly adjusted in Performance Mode but when I add it to Edit Mode its beatgrid changes and is way off. FYI, this song has variable tempos. Anyone knows how to fix it?

I only experienced this issue once when we were in early beta testing phase and I had the song loaded to the editor, then went back into the export or performance mode to edit the grid - the changes were not applied in edit mode.
