I just tried that but it didn't work. I also tried updating the firmware and re-logging in to Serato Pro.. it works fine with Lite tho. Please help
I'm using Macbook Pro, os is Mojave
My DDJ-SB3 has an issue that started a week ago where I would connect it to my USB port as usual, and it would say at the bottom of my Serato, "PIONEER DDJ-SB3 hardware connecting. This could take up to one minute." but even after that 1 minute, it never connects. I asked a ton of my friends for help, and I did everything they said, even restarting my PC. This issue is preventing me from using my DJ hardware and it has made me really sad and stressed out, I really need help with it.

Kinda solved, I thought the free trial has already started when I opened up Serato Pro because I was already logged in there. The SB3 worked after I clicked "start free trial". thanks
I am having the same problem, I cannot get my DDJ SB3 to connect to my mac with both Lite and Pro. Can anyone help?
