Can't connect to audio

Can someone please help me..... I have a DDJ sx2 and I keep getting failure to connect audio. I've downloaded the latest drivers and firmware, I've changed cables, I've also changed computers. On the HP I keep getting failure to connect but when I try the Mac book pro it connects but the buttons won't light up. Can someone please lead me in the right direction. I have a gig tomorrow and I don't know what to do......

Hey Kevin,

Two things to check...

1) If the SX2 is set as the Windows default output audio device, this can happen. Open the Windows sound settings and change it to your internal audio device. 

2) Should that not be it, with Serato closed, try opening the \Music\_Serato_ folder and rename the MIDI folder to MIDI-OLD. Launch Serato and see if the problem persists.

Let us know if that works.
