DDJ 800 Beat FX select and Colour FX not working
I have a brand new DDJ 800 and whilst everything else works fine the Beat FX channel switcher does not work and I cannot assign the FX to specifc channels (the Beat FX and the display on the small screen are stuck in Ch2),
In additon the Sould Color FX knobs do not work at all. You can still go into recordbox and get the effect but none of the 4 options work on the buttons on the controller. And yes the white buttons are pressed and I have tried a full sweep.
I have uninstaller and reinstalled the drivers several times and updated the firmware... running on mac

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean. When you remove the usb, the controller goes into a standby mode and none of the features are active and the Beat FX screen just reverts to 'Pioneer DJ'

If you are reffering to my Rekordbox screen then the FX1 setting reverts to a full 1234SM when the usb is removed, wheras when the controller is plugged back in it reverts to just CH 2

I've also now installed rekordbox on a seperate PC and attached the controller to see if it was an issue with my mac. I still have exactly the same problem, so assume its an issue with the controller and will be looking to get a replacment from the store I bought it from.

Sorry, meant to reply earlier and ask if you're able to get it exchanged, as it should toggle between channels with and without the computer connected.
