Rekordbox controller priblem

I have downloaded rb6 and my ddjsx2 did need a subscription to work. But I have purchased the rb dmx1 which unlocks rekordbox. It shows my controller but no audio from speakers. Can I use ddjsx2 while rbdmx is plugged in or do I also need a subscription for my controller again even though I have the rbdmx?

Hey Justin,

With the RB-DMX1, no subscription is necessary - it will unlock performance mode for use of the DDJ-SX2.

Please check the audio configuration in the rekordbox preferences and send us a screenshot if you are unable to get it working.

Settings were all set as normal.
I just purchased a subscription and it works, settings all the same as when not working.

I had dmx and controller plugged in before. Rekordbox was open full but controller would not work asio mode.

You MUST have the RB-DMX1 connected to unlock rekordbox.

Yes it always is.
But when my controller was added it not work properly.

Did everything to get it working. Updates, reinstall drivers, firmware etc etc. All when rdmx was plugged in.

Worked instantly when purchased a plan though.
Same settings etc
