DDJ 400 not working

I just got a ddj 400 and cannot find it in Rekordbox. All the lights come on at boot up then dim like normal. Rekordbox does not see the controller anywhere even under audio devices and none of the buttons work. It also seems as if my license key is worthless now because everything seems to be subscription based. It's like I bought this for nothing please someone help me. I saw something about CPUs so I have a Ryzen 5 3600 if that helps at all.

Almost same problem here.
DDj 400 just doesn't work on my Huawei Matebook X PRO i7 11th generation. Not recognised in Rekorbox, just both "Hot Cue" (red) and "Fx" lights (blue) on.

This thead is very well explained, but sadly no real solution, at least not for me...
