Hi. I've been having issues with Rekordbox desktop version not syncing my collection with the iOS version (3.1.3.7) on my mobile, running iOS 14.4.2 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, although it's been happening on previous versions. The workaround I've found is I have to completely sign out of the Rekordbox app, sign in again, then sign in again to Dropbox and wait for the collection to re-sync before seeing the changes I've made reflected on all devices.
This happens at least once a week and is pretty annoying when you just want to quickly jump on the app and prep some tracks. Is this a known issue that I've missed?
