DJ RX2 low sound problem

Hoping someone can help and that it's something basic. All of a sudden, the volume, bass etc has become really low and shollow. The gain is at 0 dB but there's hardly if any output showing on the master gain meter. I've not changed the volume on either the master knob or the pioneer speakers. Its the same issue whether I play off usb or Rekordbox. Anyone help.
