Currently I use a DDJ-1000 running rekordbox version 5 because its stable in Mac OS high Sierra 10:13 If I upgrade to rekordbox version 6 can I use my Tidal subscription with the rekordbox version available for DDJ-1000 users?

Can you use Tidal Tracks added imported to the collection offline?

No - Tidal is online-streaming only.
