Removable Drive / Device library is corrupted

My computer did an automatic update, while I was in Rekordbox, and since the computer has restarted I am now getting the error message 'Removable Drive / Device library is corrupted' and can no longer access the drive in Rekordbox even though my PC says it is fine and there are no issues.

Is there a way to rectify this as there clearly isn't an issue with the USB alone?
