I have an 'Interface 2' with DJ and DVS licences. I want to sell it because I'v bought an XDJ-XZ with licenc. I have tried to deactive the 'Interface 2' licences under rekordbox v5 but the licences are still attached to my acount on pioneerdj.com. If I try to attached the licences again to my recordbox, under my pioneerdj.com account showed the activation date to the todays date.
Maybe it's a lame question, but please help me! How can i deactive the 'Interface 2' licences? I want to dissapper from my pioneerdj.com account forever.

If you deactivate them within the software, that's all you need to do. Once they're no longer activated, the next user to register them will have them associated with their account and you would then be unable to activate them.

Hi,
The basic problem I had to reinstall my Windows 10 and before the process i did not deactivate my licences. See the attachement below.
When I try to reactive my licences, the licences are attached again to my pioneer acoount with newly date. See the attachemnt below.
When I try to deactivate the licences, the newly date disappear but the licences still attached to my pioneer accout with the original date of 2019.
Any suggestions?

On Rekorebox 5 SW , open License TAB and deactivate here the license . Bye
