6.4 Playlist Palette "Sort -Track Order" for Intelligent playlists

When You add an Intelligent playlist to the Palette the "Sort Track-Order" is always set to "DATE ADDED" Oldest to the Newest.

Steps:

1. Add an Intelligent Playlist to the Palette, choose "sort-Track order"  (The order seems to be by date added)

2. Notice that the order of the Palette is always Oldest to Newest Even if the order is different in the intelligent playlist.

Can a directional arrow be added on the "Sort-Track Order" so the order can be set to match the date added order?  Just like it is in "Sort-Track Title"

or Can the Palette default to a more intuitive Newest to Oldest order?

Is there a way to add more options to the Sort function on the Palette playlists??

BPM, Artist DJ Playlist Count.. etc.

I know I'm asking a lot but .. Hey it's Xmas and I have been a good boy...

It's not sorted by Date Added ... I just toggled my Intelligent list both ways and it was neither of those. I'm not sure how it sorts them since clicking any of the sort columns once would normally show it greyed-out in the column selector, and if you sort twice (to un-sort), there are no column header options greyed to indicate it's used as the sort. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As for the palette, because it's an intelligent list, it can't usably be sorted by "order" as there really isn't one... the only option is Title.

Personally, I find the palette most useful if the playlist is relatively small, then I don't really care as I can sort by title and find things quickly. I'm not sure why there aren't more sort options.

Good point man!!!

I've been playing with this and if you keep them small and use all four of them but all small. They work really well.  (small = no more than 40ish)

Think of them as the Spices in a recipe and regular playlists are the main ingredient.

For my Canadian RB Forum Moderator .. It's the Sauce on top of the Poutine...
