DDj 400 not working
I recently got a ddj 400 and have been having a nightmare working it,plugged into laptop using USB cable and only a few of the lights light up on the controller and nothing happening with rekordbox,I thought maybe the laptop didn't have enough power but I've tried the controller in to a mains plug and still the same only so many lights.

hi, I got the same problem I got A HP laptop with the 11th gen intel CPU.
Please help. this is my second controller and my second PC and it wont turn on....

Hey guys,
The issue is to do with the audio drivers from the manufacturer; please visit the manufacturer's site to check for updates. I know Dell had already fixed theirs last week and I heard from another customer this morning that HP has updated them as well.
Please give that a shot and see if the problem is resolved for you.
