DDJ SB3 Unable to use headphones

I'm using Sb3 now. I have some problems

The headphone will follow my fader's volume,

But I didn't press any of the buttons in master & cue1 & cue2 at all,

When I press the master & cue1 & cue2 button, my headset doesn't change at all, and it still follow my fader's volume

When I use virtual DJ and rekordbox DJ, I won't have this problem

Using another machine to connect with serato will not have this problem

Of course, I have also checked the use of other computers, using serato and Sb3 will not have this problem

This makes me very helpless. I hope someone can tell me how to solve it

Sorry -- check that you don't have the SB3 set as the default audio device in the Windows audio panel.

@Fang > It should not be set as the default; that's why you can't use it properly with Serato. Please select the Realtek as the default device.

It's like this, no matter which sound card I set as default,

It's all the same. the headphone still follow my fader's volume

I repeat

I have no problem using other controllers with serato on my computer

I have no problem using Sb3 and serato on other computers

Only using Sb3 and serato on my computer will have this problem

It's the same when I re install various versions of serato or Sb3 drivers

@FANG > I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand what's happening -- are you saying that the SB3 is changed back to the output device when you launch Serato? What happens if you manually assign the Realtek HD Audio as the output when Serato is already running?

Hello Pioneer DJ,

I am his friend who tried to help him before but failed.

His issue is that when he connect to SB3 with the Serato DJ. He can hear the music in his headphone if he volume up by fader, but the strange thing is that he didn't turn on the track 1, 2 and  master cue.
Normally the headphone should keep silence if all cue button are off.

It only happens on his PC with SB3.
We tried to use his SB3 on another computer with Serato and everything was fine.
We also tried to use another DDJ-SX2 with his PC on Serato and everything was fine.

We also tried to set the default audio device to the Realtek or SB3 but nothing changed.

So maybe you can help us to find out what's going on.

Again, can you confirm that the default output device is NOT the DDJ-SB3? The image posted above shows the check mark beside the SB3, and in that case, Serato can't properly output the audio.

I'm pretty sure  my default output device is NOT the DDJ-SB3

What else do you want to know?
