I the DDJ-400 but recently got a new laptop (Windows). For some reason I cannot get the WASAPI driver to show in Rekordbox therefore no sound coming out my speakers.
I have reinstalled Rekordbox, updated the firmware but still not showing up. We used my controller on a different laptop and it worked perfectly fine. Not sure if it's skewed test as it was a Macbook but we wanted to make sure the controller is not the problem.
Any tips please - for a layman...

If your computer has an 11th gen Intel CPU, you may need to check the manufacturer's support site for updated audio drivers or BIOS updates. There is a known issue that is blocking 3rd party audio and MIDI devices from functioning properly, but the updates from the computer manufacturer can address that.
