BIG ISSUE WITH DDJ-1000

So I am going to explain this the best i can.

The VERY few times i manage to turn on the controller with all the lights and jog wheels lighting up, after 2 seconds the Pads turn purple along with the PAD MODE buttons also turning purple. (yes i have looked into the bug with purple lights issues) however mine seems to be doing something else. When the controller does this, and im in Rekordbox nothing works the cue button doesnt work, the play pretty much everything but the crossfader,  and the main faders show as moving. on top of this I get a distorted sound coming through my speakers. I thought the issue may lie with my computer so I turned off my computer and STILL I get static noise through my headphones. I managed to get it working for a second but i started the song then the audio died in one of my speakers and sure enough the static noise started again boom the controller doesn't work anymore. last time i had this issue i sent it off to be fixed and now im back in the same boat. it wont start up the jog wheels don't light up, Some things aren't even lit up, keypads purple but dim. now i have taken every step possible that's on the forums, reinstalled drivers, Firmware. nothing is helping and I'm getting really annoyed.

Hey Dean,

Sorry to hear about that -- have you tried connecting it to another computer, and if so, do you have the same issue?

i dont really have the option of connecting to another computer. Corona makes it rather hard with the restrictions.

i have now Reformatted my PC, so and wittled it down to the main issue. when i power cycle the controller i get the same result. it starts up lights on everything jog wheels too. then once it starts up thats when the crackling sound starts and most of the buttons do not work on rekordbox. its like there is some sort of a crash happening. but the controller is causing it. because rekordbox works fine without the controller. so my question is. is there anyway to actually reset the controller. because power cycle isnt doing the trick.
