Hey Chris,
Sorry, I'm not clear on the problem -- is it that they do turn the knob in the software but it doesn't affect the audio?
I have a DDJ-1000 running Rekordbox 6.6.4 on Windows 10.
Recently I have noticed the low EQ knobs on the mixer don't work as expected. Sometimes they get stuck with bass down or on. I turn the knobs and they do nothing. I have checked the mixer display in the software and they move up and down as I turn. Is this a known hardware problem?

Yes the knobs turn in the software, but the audio isn't affected.
I'm also running the latest firmware for the controller (1.12).
I forgot to mention I was experiencing this while using headphones and may have solved this myself. Seems like a dodgy connection at the headphone jack that cuts the bass out. But coincidentally seemed to do it when I was setting up the EQ for my next track. I have a pair of HDJ-X5s and a jack adapter. I have taken apart and reset the jack into the adapter and seems to be fine so far. Hopefully it's not the port. I will close this thread if I have no further issues.
