XDJ-R1 and Rekordbox DJ Midi both channels running to C1 only

It seems that the MIDI mapping is incorrect. I downloaded RB DJ, running with latest version, updated driver etc.

The problem is that when I press either play or cue on Deckl 2, all audio output is performed over Channel 1. If I press play/cue on Deck 1, it goes over Channel 1 also.

This is a clear issue. I checked all mapping but can't see anything out of the ordinary.

Please help. Trying to make most of this unit!!

@Martijn > The problem is you haven't properly configured the audio outputs in the rekordbox preferences.

Please ensure that you have rekordbox configured to internal mixer mode with the master and preview (headphone) outputs configured appropriately for the R1's outputs.

I have solved the problem.

the problem was the setting in the xdj r1 ...the mixer must be set tu "pc" not to xdj-r1.

Yeah, that's an important step which I figured you had already checked. Glad you got it sorted.

I have the same problem but with Traktor, even changing the mixer to PC sound of ch 2 comes out of ch 1 ...(?

I have a similar problem. XDJ-R1 (in midi-mode), Rekordbox 5.2,
Loading tracks into Deck2 it addresses the sound to Ch 1, both master and cue. But the LED-display is moving on Ch 2. Confusing to say the least... Plz help.

@Freddie > As I posted to @Barbi, I'd need to see your audio configuration page - chances are it's not set properly.

@Freddie > The CH2 audio is heard when cueing CH1 and not the master?

@Pulse: Both cueing and master on ch 2 is heard on ch 1. Same thing with ch 1, both cueing and master i heard on ch 1. Ch 2 is silent. But, when playing a track on ch 2 the led-display on ch 2 is flashing.

Can you check something first?

Press and hold the UTILITY button, scroll to MIXER MODE and verify that the setting is PC and not XDJ-R1?

I have the same problem with an XDJ AERO. Loading the song in CH2 is heard through CH1, and loading in CH1 also sounds in CH1
