Unfortunately, this sounds like a hardware issue. You have a few options.
- You can return the unit to the retailer and ask for another unit in the hopes that you received a rare faulty unit.
- You can bring your unit to your nearest authorized repair center for warranty repair (but this could take some time).
I personally recommend swapping the unit out. If you bought the unit in a brick and mortar store I would test out the new unit in the store before taking it home to make sure that it's not your computer or settings that could be causing the issue.
