i deactivated my rekordbox on my old macbook pro late 2009. and when i am re activating it on my new macbook late 2011(using different rekordbox account. because i already forgot my old email). it says error code 19, i still have the box the manual and even the warranty card. what should i do

I have the same problem, don´t know how to solve it. Nobody of my friends who use rekordbox daily seems to know either. However, didn´t mail Pioneer support yet about the problem.
