Since I bought my pioneer xdj rx3 controller in February 2022, it has never worked well.
The screen freezes and the sound stops.
In May I opened a ticket here and I was in contact with technical support, which was limited to using templates to ask questions that I had already answered several times.
Later I spoke with the engineering team, they Known about the freeze problem that affects many users, according to them the problem was solved with a firmware update. They sent me the update via email but the problem persisted.
They told me to send the controller to an official pioneer technical service. I sent it there but the problem persists, it keeps freezing and stopping sounds.
I've been with a faulty professional dj controller for over a year and pioneer doesn't do anything.
A client who has paid the full amount of a controller is not the one who should do to pioneer the tester functions.
As the rest of customers, we want a functional controller.
A serious company would replace the products affected with problems and would analyze them at their installation to avoid these failures later,
not that the end customer is the one who handles the defective product.
Who is paying the lack of trust of the promotor and the bad reputation for the dj due to this live sound stops?
What is the solution now pioneer?

Desde que compré mi controladora pioneer xdj rx3 en febrero de 2022, nunca ha funcionado bien.
La pantalla se congela y se para el sonido. En mayo abrí aqui un ticket y estuve en contacto con soporte tecnico, los cuales se limitaban a usar plantillas para formular preguntas que ya había respondido varias veces.
Posteriormente hablé con el equipo de ingenieros, eran conocedores de este problema ya que afecta a bastantes usuarios, según ellos el problema se solucionaba con una actualización de firmware. Me enviaron la actualización via email pero el problema persistía.
Me dijeron que enviase la controladora a un servicio técnico oficial de pioneer. La envíe allí pero el problema persiste, siguen los congelamientos y paradas de sonidos.
Llevo más de un año con una controladora de dj profesional defectuosa y pioneer no hace nada.
Un cliente que ha pagado la cuantia completa de una controladora no es quien deba hacer para pioneer las funciones de tester. Al igual que el resto de clientes que han pagado queremos una controladora funcional.
Una empresa seria, reemplazaria los productos afectados con problemas y los analizaria en sus instalaciones para evitar esos fallos posteriormente, no que sea el cliente final quien deba hacerle las pruebas y experimentos a pioneer.
Quien paga ahora la falta de confianza de los promotores y la mala imagen del dj, debido a estas paradas de sonido en directo?
Cual es la solución que toca ahora Pioneer?

I was given V1.12 by pioneer engineers, but the problems continued. They told me to send to an official pioneer technical service the controller, I send it, and they updated to V1.13 is still freezing and the sound stops in live sets. Pioneer is sending affected users with this problems. 1.15 test FW that records logs when it freezes
the official 1.15 was just released, can you test that and update us on it, im curious what your results are
anyone tried if firmware 1.15 fixed the freeze & slow downs issue?
