DJM 400 master output (left) problem

Hello.

I have connected my CDJ 400 and DJM 400 accordingly to the instruction, but the problem is that I don't get any sound from the left channel output. I tried plugging both RCA jacks to the right ch 1 and left ch 2 and that works, but not when I use right and left.

I have not connected via amp, I am using computer speakers (3,5mm), does that work? It goes from 2x RCA -> 3,5mm speakers.

Here is a picture that shows how I connected:

Sounds like the same problem that I'm experiencing. You'll probably have to send it for technical analysis/ repair at your nearest Pioneer repair centre! That's usually what the sight admins advise anyway. See the links in the Technical Support column on the right hand side of this page. Hopefully there'll be a repair centre in your country that's still in business haha : P

@Karim > When you say "I don't get any sound from the left channel output", is this on the Master Output of the mixer?

Have you tried the Master output and the Rec output separately to see if either works properly?

I managed to fix it! Don't really know what I did wrong but it works now. I also broke my soundcard in the computer on top of that, haha :)

The solution was that I bought new RCA cables between CDJ and mixer. I think the previous owner had damaged the cables by stretching them too much.

Try to change RCA cables, should work if it's the same problem :)

I have tried an another cable, but the problem was the same. Its very strange, because only the left channel missing each of the master outputs... and the led indicator shows its okay...

Anyway I think i will make it check by a technician.

Thanks for your help Karim :)
