Well, given that the Canadian forms link to the SF Marketing website (sfm.ca) and it's currently down, I'd say you'll need to wait until the site is back up and running.

Headphones HDJ-500 Canadian Rebate Form
I'm looking to buy the DDJ-S1 in the upcoming days and was looking at the rebate for getting a pair of HDJ-500's for free (http://pioneerdjusa.com/happening.aspx).
However, the Canadian rebate forms do not load, neither the English or the French version. If any of the mods could figure out what's going on, that would be extremely helpful!
Also, is there any difference between the advertised HDJ-500-K headphones and the "normal" HDJ-500 headphones? I searched for the "K" variant and couldn't find any info.

Thanks for the quick response. Is there any way you can obtain a copy of the rebate form and send that to me, through email or so?
I've been trying on the sfm.ca site for a few days and it's always been timing out.

Huh. what do you know, I just checked now and it works!
I believe that I read this in another thread that you said we didn't have to submit the entire side panel of the box containing the UPC/serial codes, but rather just cut out the section containing them. Does that still apply to the Canadian version of the rebate?

Best to follow whatever instructions they have in the rebate forms or risk not getting the rebate. You could always call them...?
