Have you clicked the little C and D icons to either side of the crossfader within the software?
Here you can see mine with only A and B assigned.

DDJ-T1 CROSSFADER NOT WORKING FOR DECK C&D WITH TRAKTOR PRO 2??
hi, since useing my pioneer ddj-t1 with traktor pro 2 the crossfader do not work with deck C&D and the on/off switched also dont work for all channels, when useing deck C&D regardless of where the cross fader is left/right the music is being heard, everything else seem to be working fine on c&d, i have been thro setup wizard 2 times re-installed traktor pro changed and looked thro all the settings and i cant figer it out,, i was useing scratch pro 2 and that worked with out any fault, but im now selling that software on with my timecode/audio 8 setup.. im hopeing its a setting i have missed,,

but i have another issue ! and i know its simple too ! lol the 4 buttons C A B D up of my controler ( DDJ-T1 ) A and B works well but when i push C and D no reaction and i have to Drug and Drup the song in the deck C and D then play, how i can fix it the button C and D be ok too ? they don't Load the song in the Deck !

I have the DDJ-ERGO and I cannot get the crossfader working. I have tried the option above and it still hasn't worked? any idea?
