Pionner DDJ Ergo with tractor problem (Recording)

I use traktor 2.1.1,  I download and install everythink the instructions say in this web side: http://pioneer.jp/support/download/dj-e/ddj-ergo-v/, I have updated the firmware to 1.10, everything is working (faders,effects,jog wheel),  but de option REC does not work!!! I have reinstalled the same version, latest versions did not work good.

I push the button "Rec" and it show me from headphones the track I have selected in the browser, I see in the "Hardware Diagram for TRAKTOR PRO 2" I have to push the option "33" +  "Shift" = Rec, but It does not work again.

I have readed in forums I have to chage the options in Preferences / Input Routing and the same way in Preferencies / Mix Recorder / Source and Internal Input, but I do not know to do that. Anyone can help  me?¿ Thanks...
