serato intro help for ddj ergo

aloha, i have done all the driver, software updates possible for my dj ergo to use the serato intro (my software of choice)...all functions such as the button layouts, scratch, samples, and effects are functional, but the out put sound on both the the master and cues are coming out slow, distorted and popping.  the dropout color is always red with a blink of yellow. i have done all the protocols requested such as turning off wifi and ect.. my cpu is only using 45% of its power at most..also the vdj le software/driver works perfect though. i will be bummed and probably return the unit if i can't use serato. HELP!! i am using windows 7 32 bit on a asus 1215n notebook with a ample cpu power and a nvidia card as well.. aloha and thank you for your input DJ FLOWBACK
