Hey, just got my Pioneer DDJ-Ergo's, it is all working fine in serato intro, just one thing though, I dont want pulse mode on, but when i went to check if i could switch it on/off, it would come on for a second then go off, i followed the manual and all it said to do was press shift then pulse mode, i might be doing something wrong, any help would be appreciated.

Any buttons / knobs labeled where the text has a white box around them -- those are the SHIFT operations. To disable the illuminations, simply press the SHIFT + VINYL buttons (the vinyl button is labeled "PULSE MODE" below it).
I've tried it, and no luck, I'm not trying to disable, I want to enable, it illuminates blue for a second then goes off.

Sorry, I missed that you were using Intro -- I'm not sure if they have configured a mode to disable the "pulse" illuminations in the current version of the software.
That is maybe why i cannot enable it then, thank you, do you know if they will be doing a update for this?
Sorry, I don't know at this time but I'll be sure to pass it along.
The engineers don't believe that it's enabled in Itch but it may be implemented in a future release.
I am using tracktor pro and everything is working fine. I was using serato intro before and none of the lights were working. (lastest version)
