I don't see why you couldn't use the DDJ in similar fashion.
In order to use any external effects unit with the software you'd need to have an audio interface to use in conjunction with the T1.

External FX, Traktor Pro 2.5, and DDJ-T1 integration
One of the setup examples for TP2.5 shows an S4 with and two F1's. Will we be able to use the DDJ instead in a similar setup?
Secondly, will the EFX1000 work with a T1 in a side by side hookup to the laptop like an F1 does with and S4, instead of a Send/Return fashion thats not possible with the T1

Any preferred audio interface or does it have to be a. N i product also has any one linked up the new f1 to the ddj t1 thanks

It could be any interface that provides at least one pair of in/out, but having an interface with more I/Os would allow you to also output the master audio through that device instead of having to use ASIO4ALL (PC) or creating an aggregate device (Mac) to join two soundcards for Traktor to see them.
