DDJ Ergo crash in Traktor

Hey so i got my Ergo for a while now (3 months) and its been working great, but when i play longer than an hour the controller crashes/freezes in Traktor.

I found nothing on the internet and finally found the pioneer dj forum.

I use Traktor Version: 2.1.2 and have the latest Driver/Firmware thing installed in addition to that i got the TSI File from the pioneer support website.

I have no clue why this is happening and when it does it comes out of nowhere, like i wanna mix the next song in and i realise that the faders and button wont work anymore.

Sadly this is not the only problem i have.

In addition to that my pulse light thing doesnt work aswell.

So when i'm using a filter or other effect the light wont light up like they used to do.

I need to fix this asap got a gig next week!

btw: i'm not that fluent in english but i tried my best.
