DDJ-T1 Traktor Pro 2.5 default mapping description?

I purchased a new DDJ-T1 and  i have Traktor Pro 2.5

Where can I see what buttons are used to working with RemixDeck (manual or image...)? (The program has settings for the controller, but the instructions do not)

I tried to download "PIONEER_DDJ-T1_V102.zip" from http://pioneerdj.com/support/product.php?c=317&dl=1&lang=en&p=DDJ-T1&t=72 and install, but there are also no instructions or descriptions :(

You need to purchase the Native Instruments F1 to control the remix decks. The DDJ-T1 V102 tsi is for using "sample decks" in version 2.5

Greg is correct -- Native Instruments' have only allowed for their F1 to control the Remix Decks at this time; the TSI file is required for use of the Sample Decks, otherwise you can use the built-in configuration for four track decks.

Hi guys I to wanted to get a F1 to run with my DDJ-T1 but after reading this on the Pioneer website ddj-t1 info page (link below) was unsure :-

" -Please do not connect DDJ-T1 and Native Instruments KONTROL F1 together to the same computer. "

http://pioneerdj.com/support/product.php?lang=en&p=DDJ-T1&t=73

I would love to now if you can run them together????

@VideoMike

Yes, if you purchase the F1 you can use it with a DDJ-T1, in fact, the F1 is the preferred method to control remix decks.

DDJ-T1

Mac OS X 10.8.1

Traktor Pro 2.5.1

I already owned a Traktor S4 unit which works perfectly with the software, however after purchasing the DDJ-T1, i plugged it in (plug and play) but as soon as i do it cuts all audio and my Mac won't even recognise it in System Preferences > Sound, i only have the 'built in' option.  I have tried the "set-up wizard" many times and also tried changing the output routing but there are no other options. In Traktors Audio Setup>Audio Device it states "PIONEER DDJ-T1 (not connected)".. this is so frustrating, any help would be much appreciated..

I also have a ddj-t1 and also wonder if the traktor scratch pro 2 will work perfect as traktor edition that comes with the controller?

I have just received this email from Native-Instruments.

Hello Steven,

I apologize for my mistake. Since I could not find a T1 controller mapping in your

settings file, I assumed that the device was not configured properly. Due to the

HID protocol used in this case the mapping does not necessarily have to be saved

in the settings though.

However, from your Support Tool I also learned that you are operating Traktor and

your T1 on OS X 10.8 -  please note that Mountain Lion is not yet officially

supported as you can see in Traktor's system specs:

http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/products/dj/traktor-pro-2/?page=2050

Therefore I cannot offer any support for this constellation.

Best regards

Mark, Native Instruments Support Team
