DDJ Ergo V - VDJ LE - [Error in the ASIO Sound Driver]

Hi All, I just bought DDJ Ergo and I'm unnable to use it. Here is a screenshoot with the compilation of error message and settings. I'm at Win7 (64bits).

I already uninstalled and re-installed everything, nothing works.

I have a gig tomorrow and I'm looking forward to use this controller. What can I do?

I'm using a Lenovo W510, i7, 16gb ram, usb ports 3.0 and 2.0, Win 7 Professional SP1 (64 bits)

And you're using the provided disc that came with the unit right?

This is what solved my problems. Start the ergo first and wait till your laptop connects to it since its via USB. Once connected only then launch the vdj. This stops the error message for me. As for the slow video right click the vdj icon and select high performance. This allows the vdj video to rub on the nividia graphic card. This made my video perfect for me on my 50 inch plasma.

You can find some solutions to your problems at the vdj forum if its not related to this wonderful pioneer systems. It's worth browsing there as I found my solution. Thank you all..

djjay  Yes, I used them and also drivers and firmware at Pioneer website. DDJ worked pretty well at my HP notebook with inferior specs than the Lenovo mentioned. I don't realize why it isn't working at Lenovo. Is there any incompatibility?

@Lucas > Just to be clear, you have updated all drivers and firmware from here?

Gavin, yes, I'm using these drivers. You can see at the first screen I posted, "DDJ Version Display Utility" recognize the controller firmware and drivers, at screenshot 2, you see that when I plug the controller Windows "knows" it is in. However I can't use it at any Dj software, and can't play sound through it.

Weird =/

@Lucas > Sometimes the firmware version can be shown correctly but you may need to re-update it.  Please give that a try - and next time, connect it to a different USB port and wait a minute before launching VDJ.

Which version of VDJ are you running and did you have a version installed prior to using the DDJ-ERGO?
