DDJ Ergo - V problem with control

I have new  DDJ Ergo and use it with Traktor Pro v2.5.1. Controller freezes during playing. Traktor in the PC still works but does not respond to the controller. Music still plays but I can control the tractor only with the mouse. DDJ looks normal, but no buttons respond, jog no respond, nothing... When I restart the computer everything works normally, but only a few minutes. Then the controller stop responding again, and begin flashing, all the buttons from left to right and back, when I push the load button flashing stops, but the controller does not respond to anything again.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for bad English

re hi

i must add that i have improved my asio from something like 3ms to 29ms to make an attempt to make it don't block

but it's the result is same, (and i don't want to put the asio buffer more than 29 ms because it will be unplayable in casi realtime for the mix)...

Guys, do these issues still persist? If so, please respond by listing your hardware and OS version as well as ensuring all software, firmware and drivers are up to date.
