How to Download Firmware for WEGO??

I see the firmware has been updated for the Wego. How does one successfully download the zip file??

When I attempted to the page would not load...file error. I then right-click save as to download the zip file...it downloaded but was extremely small and gave am error when attempted to open the zip file.

Please advise and thanks.
