SeguirDDJ-WeGO buzzing noise
High tone buzzing noise is audible in the headphones and is also present in master output. Noise level is about -60db. It's not a ground loop problem cause I'm using WeGo connected to a notebook on battery. I've sent back the device to a dj-store as broken and got the replacement, but the second controller has the same problem

I fixed it with a ground-loop-isolator. Silence!
Yes its happening to me also! and it goes away if i restart the laptop but it comes back after a wile!! it happen to me live on the radio!! sucks! maybe a hardware driver issue!
i use a macbook
I am having a similar issue. I have buzzing in my speakers when using the "master out" from my WEGO. I noticed that the buzz noise is reduced if I turn off the LED's. Anyone else have this same issue? If this is a defect I need to know so I can return my unit.
Hi Alfie Lau . Check this post http://forums.pioneerdj.com/entries/22987603 . It seems to hardware related problem. I have the same problem with a noise. I still hope that the Pioneer admits that the problem is related to hardware.
Firmware fixed it in my case. Just at startup traktor short buzzing. Before firmwarefix i solved it with a groud loop isolator - a cheap one. Worked fine.
Unfortunately, the latest firmware doesn't fix the noise problem at all. it just mutes volume at startup so you do not hear any noise, but it still audible when playing a track. As for me It is a hardware problem.
I hope Pioneer will resolve this.
The buzzing also occurs at both the left and right channels. Disconnecting either L or R RCA connection from the Master Output will leave the other one still buzzing.
The buzzing continues even if you SWITCH OFF the power in the DDJ-WEGO unit. As long as the USB is connected to the laptop, the buzz continues.
The buzzing STOPS if I disconnect the AC adapter from the laptop - thus running on batteries. No buzzing while in battery mode.
The buzzing is constant - adjusting the Master Volume control does not diminish or increase the buzz. Likewise, adjusting any other dials or sliders in the DDj-WEGo unit has no effect on the constant buzz.
Pioneer, I hope you can help me. This is obviously a defective unit. Buzzing kills the beautiful music. :(
This is not a defective WeGO, but rather interference between your laptop's charging circuit and the USB circuits. Unfortunately the problem is entirely within your laptop and would exist with any audio interface that does not have an isolation transformer. You could try purchasing a "hum eliminator" but another WeGO would not resolve the issue.
@Pulse. I am having the same issue. I am using a macbook air and i am getting a lot of noise from the line out on my powered Mackie thump speakers. with the volume turned on the controller the sound isn't as noticeable but when the song ends the noise so loud. I have tried multiple cables, speakers and mixing boards. I have also tried unplugging the power to my macbook air and running on battery but noise is consistant. I need this issued resolved asap. Please advise.
@Robert > The two fixes we can suggest are to try disabling the jog LED illumination or to update the firmware. If the issue is still present, you may need to send it for servicing. You can ** find your closest authorized dealer by contacting Pioneer technical support.**
