WeGo - No sound coming out of either headphone ports

Hello. I just received the WeGo today and set it up with Traktor Pro 2. Everything works fine but I can't get any sound out of the headphones. I tried using Virtual DJ and the same results. No sound. I tried all the settings I could and looked online for a while. I tried 3 different types of headphones and nothing.  I've been DJing for 10 years so have a pretty good knowledge of how most gear works. I think it's a hardware issue but please let me know if there is anything I might be missing. All the software seems to be running fine.

Traktor Scratch Pro is 2.6.0. The TSI file I downloaded was from Pioneer's site and should be the latest version. I'm using a 2012 Macbook Air.
